according to hannah, your golden birthday is when you turn the same age as the day your birthday is on. although i have realized this too late, as my birthday is on the 2nd and i was just a wee child on my golden birthday...

her birthday festivities started on thursday night, with a drive down to st. george for the weekend, and ended monday night, with a roommate celebration.

after a rough struggle to light all of the million billion candles and leaking wax all over the cake, we held a roommate sing-along and let hannah make a wish.
