i realized today that i need to stop straying from my personal dating rules.
it never works out when i don't listen to these foolproof restrictions...
and some of you might do well to adopt some of these as your own!
so read and learn!
#1. do NOT date boys with longer fingernails than you.
#2. stay away from boys in that pre-missionary stage.
#3. also, avoid freshly returned missionaries.
#4. puka shell necklace wearers are a no-no.
#5. always only date men who are at least 2 inches taller than you.
#6. backwards hat wearers are a big to-don't.
#7. boys that say "church just isn't my thing" usually aren't a good idea.
#8. if a boy only shaves one leg, he's most often a . d o u c h e .
#9. once a player, always a player. leave them out of your life.
#10. run fast from boys that tell you in detail about their previous sexual escapades.
so, yes. those are my rules. terribly, i've broken all of them (particularly numbers 2, 3, and 7)... and that is the reason i am single.
take heed from my experience, children... follow the rules.
