pure simplicity.

i change blog names as often as i change shirts. i'm never quite content with the name i've picked.  so naturally, i have a new one: pure simplicity.  its more of a promise than a name, really. a promise to get rid of the "clutter" in my life.  (inspired by the facebook fast. i suggest you all try it.) a promise to realize what is most important to me.  but most importantly, a promise to start appreciating the little simplest things, because they are really what makes life worth living. 

a smile on the street, a hug from a loved one, a baby's first cries, rain on a summer's day, a lazy day with a good book, bubble baths, finding forgotten money in the pocket of your jeans...

these things complete my life. they're what i live for.

simple, yet miraculous.
