my friends call me meg. at least they would if i had any friends..."
so i was talking to my friend steve last night, and he helped me discover something that made me laugh, so i think i'll share...
"wow. i just realized you are exactly like Meg! you are sassy and everything, just like her. it's not a bad thing..." --steve
liberty and brittany used to tell me the same thing when we were younger and would watch hercules every day, so i started thinking about it, and they just might be right! meg is independent and doesn't need a man to complete here (or at least acts like she doesn't.) she's hardened by love and isn't just gonna trust anyone. some people might call meg a b****, but i think she is funny as anything, and i may or may not act a lot like her. i might just start adopting some of her lines as well... (of course, all are oozing with sarcasm.)
"i'm a big tough girl. i tie my own sandals and everything."
"so did they give you a name along with all those rippling pectorals?"
"i'm a damsel. i'm in distress. i can handle this... have a nice day."
"thanks for everything, herc. its been a real slice."
"aw how cute. a couple of rodents lookin' for a theme park."
"it's all right. the sea of raging hormones has ebbed."
"is wonderboy here for real? herc...huh. i think i prefer wonderboy."
meg is basically my favorite disney girl, and i think i'm okay with people being reminded of her when they're with me. well, i'm off to watch hercules (again) and laugh my butt off. (:
