have i mentioned how much i LOVE these shoes?
these, my friends, are TOMS shoes.
they are directly affiliated with the One for One Movement.
the whole concept really just amazes me, and i want to do all i can to spread the word.

i would strongly encourage you to buy a pair. not only do they go towards a great cause, but they are the comfiest 2 pairs [and counting!] of shoes i have ever owned.
in fact, i love them so much that i applied for a TOMS social media internship in santa monica this summer! [which is what inspired this post]
i don't really plan on getting the internship, as this was a kind of spur-the-moment thing, but it would be really cool if i did! i love what they're doing!
[pretty sure i've said that already, but i just get so dang excited!]
alsooooo.... here's a cool thing you could do. participate in this year's one day without shoes on april 5! take off your shoes and raise awareness about the millions of children that have never owned a pair.
