the new mrs. jones!

at this moment, i'm realizing how true the whole a picture is worth a thousand words thing.

i didn't take my camera to the reception, and now it's gonna be really hard to explain how great it was...

congratulations to the new mr. and mrs. jordan and karolann jones!

they were married yesterday in the manti temple and are now on a cruise to cabo to start out their forever (:

karolann is one of my very best friends and member of the hboh [to be blogged about soon]

we have been through so many great memories from high school to cht and now our friendship has continued on to college aaaand...

 i'm SO happy for her!

her reception last night was adorable! she had the cutest tent set up with dangling flowers and some delicious snacks like cake, lemon candy, and chocolate covered pretzels. there were gorgeous pictures of her and jordan everywhere... they really are one of the most picture perfect couples i have ever seen! (here's another moment where i wish i took pictures last night...) then of course there was the line with the bride & groom and their families. it was my first time meeting jordan, and let me tell you... he has the brielle stamp of approval! you can tell just by looking at them that they are perfect for each other and so in love. their personalities fit perfectly and i'm so glad karol found him!

it would be hard to blog about the fun night without pictures. it would be hard to explain the look on karol's face when she danced with him to the song he proposed with that he wrote for her. it would be hard to explain the awkwardness of being one of three single girls trying to catch the bouquet (i touched it but decided it would be better off going to a little girl. haha) it would be hard to tell how jordan looked after karol shoved a piece of cake up his nose. and it definitely would be difficult to describe the absolutely hilarious moment when jordan got tired of waiting for karol to be ready to leave, so he picked her up, tossed her over his shoulder, and left. BAM. just like that. off to the honeymoon. (:

i hope to obtain some pictures of this great evening later, but for now, i guess it's up to your imagination.
