i was just looking at old pictures on facebook of the early years of high school aka freshman && sophomore years and i remembered what good times i had with my best friend jerika paige brown back then! we did everything together, but the best memories come from sports. jers and i were "dominating doubles partners" in tennis our sophomore, junior, and senior years in high school, and we were also on the swim team together. we went undefeated in tennis every varsity game we played [[which was about five]] but had a good time no matter what. we were the loudest pair on the court and never cared what anyone thought of us. we wore sweatbands, high socks, and tie dye shirts. it was our "distraction technique" so we could win. :) even though tennis was crazy fun, i'd have to say my favorite memory with jerika was swim team hands down! we figured that if we joined, we'd get a workout and lose some weight. after joining we realized that "this is a varsity sport, not a weight less program!" [[as we were frequently reminded by the coach]] so we often resorted to having 1...2...3...UPDOWN contests in the shallow end of the pool rather than doing our workouts. then we couldn't quite seem to figure out why our coach hated us so much! soap fights in the showers were another highlight of the season. even though we complained every minute about the coach, the team, and the exercise, on the inside I LOVED IT! my favorite high school memories come from the time i spent with jers, and i really hate how much we have grown apart. i would do anything to have those times back! love ya jers! :)

oh breeze marie!! i love that post and i remember all those great times like they were yesterday ha like the random walks around town carrying pens just in case someone attacked us or wanted our numbers hahaha good times i miss it so much dont worry someday in the summer lets do it again!! i love ya tons and miss everything like crazy your a great girl and do NOT forget that (: (: mucho lovin
