the beginning of the end of the end of the beginning half...

...aka the beginning of spring semester, sophomore year! (:

let's just say my classes are poop.

business law: well, i haven't been to that class yet because of my need for sleep, but i bet it's going to be unpleasant.

honors ethics and values: i hate the kind of questions like, "does free will exist?" "can ethics be learned?" ...and i get to spend a whole semester studying these questions, honors style. also, it's full of all my favorite honors kids.

chemistry: you know it's gonna be fun when, on the first day, the teacher tells you she personally teaches the most failed general ed class of all time. inspiring. luckily, i have a couple friends in that class. can you say study group?

teachings of the living prophets: aka institute. and this one, of course, is good. second time taking the class, and it's okay because there's always new stuff to learn! (:

honors writing: i have a cool teacher, but still. i'm just not so psyched about this class yet. the good news is we don't have to write a billion page research paper like the other classes. (: but lucky me, i get to take it with one-eared riley and my old roommate, liz!

astronomy: picture this... a dark room with a really cool ceiling and soft recline-able chairs. doesn't it make you sleepy? yeah well... i don't think i'll be staying awake too much in that class. luckily, i have shawna and kristen to keep me awake... we may or may not pay attention, except for when our teacher breaks it to us that star wars isn't real. i died a little inside.

organizational behavior: this class goes from 5 to 8 p.m. aka forever. the only good thing about it is girls are outnumbered. one girl for every six guys. it might just be a good semester after all! ;)

and then there is still the ever looming question:

what to major in?

i've got it narrowed to public relations and marketing. if you have any brilliant opinions, please help me out!

anywho, that is basically what i've been spending my time doing: school. the blogging is going to be happening a lot less often. not because i don't have time, but because i don't have fun. you might be able to expect a lame post every sunday because i have made a resolution to do no homework on sundays. that keeps them very stress-free and open to do other calming things. like blogging. (:

yeah, we know we look pretty dang freaking sexy when we push up our hair like this.

add to this amazing evening with my long lost cousin [and borg] an excellent sunday with attractive sunday school teachers & inspiring lessons, and it has been a successful beginning of the end of the end of the beginning half of my college experience! (:
